About The Event
One of the great needs in the church today is identifying, equipping, and releasing new leaders for ministry. Timothy Leadership Training, often called TLT, is a practical and highly interactive leadership development program designed to strengthen local churches and help people grow in faithful, hands-on ministry.
This fall cohort will begin with the course Caring for God’s People. Participants will explore how to care for others, inspired by the way God cares for us, and will develop practical tools for ministries of comfort, guidance, healing, and reconciliation.
TLT is designed to be practical rather than academic. Participants learn together, discuss real ministry situations, develop action plans, and begin applying what they are learning in the life of their church and community. This training is suitable for current leaders, emerging leaders, elders, deacons, ministry volunteers, small group leaders, and others who want to grow in serving Christ and his church.
