What would it be like if Bowmanville had one church with many expressions? The reality is that we already do. We must unite the churches of the city around a common goal rather than around a cooperative project that would require each congregation to abandon its own ministries to participate in something external. Having one goal allows us to work in unity.

If the lives of church members do not overflow with justice and righteousness we might ask, “Is God pleased with our Sunday morning worship?” True worship is not about style but the extent to which the worshiper’s life is transformed by being in the presence of a holy God.
